Summary of Admissions Process

To be considered for admission to any grade, the applicant and his/her parents will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Submit completed application and the $50.00  application fee.
  2. Request recommendations from two current teachers, these individuals will preferably return the form directly to our school.
  3. Request for the current school to provide all grades, records and test scores (excluding health records), this information can be sent directly to us.
Once your application and all supporting documents have been received by our office, our Coordinator of Admissions will contact you to schedule the interview.  This is the final required step in the admissions process. 

Following the interview, our Admission Committee will convene to make decisions on all applicants who have completed the entire process.  The applicant will then be notified of his/her acceptance, placement on our wait list, or denial of admission.  Notification of decisions will adhere to following calendar:

November  7         November 14     Week of December  1 
December  8
         December 13     Week of January     5 
January     5         January     23     Week of February   9

  

We will then shift to a “rolling” admissions process for all applications received after Monday, January 12th. As applications are submitted, we will schedule interviews, make decisions and offer positions until such time that all classes have reached maximum enrollment.
